Good people here and great service. Family run shop with honest owner and workers. Felt comfortable dropping my car off for a rear bumper replacement. Work was done on time and the quality was very good. Recommend you check them out.

Ted provided an honest, clear estimate. And then delivered. His crew found that they could source some used parts (that were just as good as new), and reduced the final bill. Terrific follow-up and follow-through.
Had it not been for Ted, my F150 Scab FX4 would have been written off as a "total loss". Ted and team got her back on the road, and she looks and rides like new.
Couldn't be more pleased with results :-)

They repaired a large dent in my BMW like it never happened. They were very easy to work with and do great work!! Their rates are very reasonable. I strongly recommend.

Mendelson took the extra step to not only fix my necessary repairs, but fixed additional body work for my car. It was a seamless comfortable and friendly experience. I highly recommend this auto body shop and would definitely use them again if I need work in the future.

I took my car to Mendelson after it had been hit in a parking lot. I'm sure glad I did, because the work they did was fantastic and my car was ready a day earlier than promised! I love my Lexus and I will only use Mendelson in the future should there be a need for body work. They are a pleasure to do business with and are very professional.

Last week I was involved in a car accident to where I did not know where to turn. I called my regular mechanic and he referred me over to Ted at Mendelson Autobody. After meeting and talking with Ted, I could tell that he was a very knowledgeable and honest guy. I left my car in his lot for the next week in the meantime while the insurance adjuster decided what to do. After determining that the car was totaled, we knew there was no point in repairing it. The car was then released over to a towing company where they would take it to an auction yard and it would be gone for good. I called Ted last minute and told him about all the aftermarket parts I had in the car that I did not have the chance to recover due to my job. Ted was very understanding and spent over an hour taking out all of my electronics such as all 4 speakers, deck, sub woofer, and an amp. I am truly grateful for Ted's act of kindness, even when there were no repairs being done to my car. I had such a fortunate and great experience with them and I would highly recommend them to everyone else.

To find a reputable body shop, I checked out Google ratings for body shop businesses in San Ramon. The reviews for Mendelson were excellent so I took my Suburban in for repair. It wasn't for dents or dings; I needed the automatic liftgate repaired. It didn't open, or close automatically and didn't latch. So I needed someone that was part mechanic, part electrician, and part body repair expert. In addition I needed someone to give me a lift back to my other car when I dropped off the Suburban.
The people at Mendelson gave me a ride, fixed everything and charged me a fair price that was much less than I feared it might be. I'm not affiliated with Mendelson Auto Body in any way, I'm just a very happy customer. And judging from the other reviews, Mendelson makes sure that all of their customers are happy.

I was involved in an accident while my car was parked and my friend recommended to Mendelson body shop. They were entirely transparent with the estimate and extremely patient with my busy work schedule.
When I finally was able to have the work done, they did it in 24 hrs and even quickly washed my car. I am a huge stickler about the details and always dislike being able to tell when someone has been working on your car, whether its exterior or interior, but I was met with no surprises.
I will definitely be bringing my baby back to them to remove the key marks soon.

Smashed the back of my BMW *sadness.* Saw reviews and decided to give it a go. Service was stellar. Drop off was quick and easy. Progress calls made daily (thoughtful)! Painter came in early to finish job one day under projected date so I could have car for holiday weekend. Repairs were IMPECCABLE. Car looks absolutely perfect! I'm never going anywhere else for repairs.
