Q: Should my insurance company be notified before repairs?

A: Yes - you should notify your company that you've had an accident and request that they provide you with a claim number.

Q: Do I need to contact more than one shop for an estimate?

A: No - You are NOT required by law to get more than one estimate or appraisal.

Q: Will MENDELSON AUTOBODY help me work with insurance companies?

A: Yes - Once you have established an insurance claim, MENDELSON AUTOBODY will work out all the details with any insurance companies.

Q: Will I have to pay for undiscovered damage found on my vehicle after it is repaired?

A: No - Typically, the insurance company will cover any undiscovered damage caused by the accident that is found after the car is repaired.
